The way G3 is design most of the budget went to the clothes and hair so they don't have enough to sculpt a whole body sometimes with a new size.
If they were to release skelita as the next core doll, i'm sure they will reuse draculaura torso but just make new forearm and legs like the og create a monster skeleton girl, and if they still have a little left maybe a chest like Bonita.
