The conversation surrounding 2.0 Gohan was more that a lot of people felt it wasn't REALLY a 2.0 because it was a battle damaged version, and that Cell was tiny, outdated and people hated the PC colors.
Gotenks, though, is way smaller and should only come up to about Goku's abdomen, but the figure is almost as tall as Vegeta.
I know my issue with the short figures is because, while I could look past them being oversized so they can actually pose, I can't look past when their faces are so massive they eclipse Broly's considering he's the biggest fucking character.
