Currently in the process of attaching all the rest of the little ammunition boxes and whatnot then I'm drybrushing the whole kit with a ligher shade of blue. Going to start the real weathering soon with a clearcoat and then some washes and streaking.
Also just finished the display case I made for it today too, oak base sealed with some danish oil, and cemented plexiglass cut with a table saw. The stands are doorknobs I got from a hardware store, used a file to grind the bottom flat, then a drill to drill a straight 1/4" hole through the whole thing to insert a 1/4" steel rod that supports the ship and attaches it to the base.
