Problem with this makes poorfags shitpost, because they get jealous other people are able to enjoy new shit, despite this board being all about consumerism.
Speaking of which, one big thing that's been missing for the past 10 years are people making posts about finding new waves in stores and reporting sales. Yeah, people still talk about them today, but only through youtube and online sales.
Back in the day, it was much more localized, as in anons would repost and/or post pictures of what they personally saw and stated the city/state/town that they were in, allowing other anons from those areas to enjoy new merch and sales
These sort of posts was ton of original content and what led to /toy/ meet ups being done. Nowadays, the only sense of community we have are circlejerks over brands and the brandwars that creates thanks to Generals.
