They know how to proportion a woman's body correctly and they proved it clearly with the last two female releases (Rattler Baroness and Pythona), but it seems like someone at Hasbro has a preference for this body type when considering the number of times we've gotten it (Valkyries, Ferret driver, Claw pilot, and now Crimson Guard) while in the original cartoon female Cobras were routinley depicted as tall and slender.
