So I thought I had a really nice bit of shading sprayed in, but the overall colour was too dark... Some of the shading appears to have survived the extra top layer though. Then I slapped on a satin coat to prepare for filters and such, and that frosted up a bit. Though it mostly frosted along the edges, and not all that much, so after I'm done with overall and dot filters and varnish layers and so on that may have gotten dialled down to some not entirely intentional highlights. Or so I hope.
