I did the Secret Santa about 2-3 years ago, it was fun giving because I went all out. probably spent over $260 on stuff. I don't want to say that what i got back was disappointing, because it was my choice to spend what I did and somebody got lucky. but what I received was low effort. Felt like off the shelf baby toys and the actual collectibles I got were literally figures that I avoided and were discount pieces. I don't remember if there was an option to list what your budget was, but if there was I definitely got felted. i don't want to seem ungrateful, i'd even be willing to spend $300 if that were ok. It's just that what I got back was just boring, low effort and cheap.
