He has the gaudiness with the vac metal to be high ranking while having a good mix of Filmation techno magic with his arm cannon/attachments and classic vintage look with his other colors. Fits in with my pseudo Star Wars Horde Empire thing.
Spirit of Hordak was always tempting, but that would lead to a rabbit hole of wanting either the original or Buzzsaw Hordak to be his normal version. I always thought Hordak’s original look was a bit too generic vampire monster looking, especially for the crazy space fantasy I prefer MOTU to be.
