She's overdesigned where I was just remembering her headdress being a non-tacky Richard Wagner by way of Jack Kirby thing and the rest the standard Eternian women's wear of leotard, bracers and knee boots.
I wouldn't say "wears a weapon as a cape" is the lamest gimmick in all of MotU and PoP, though. Many characters had only the twist-waist punch that Mattel has wholly forgotten.
