>>8186124>First of all his isn't anecdotal because it comes from multiple sources. Are you retarded? Of course it's anecdotal, because according to the definition he supplied, anecdotal evidence relies heavy on personal testimoney.
In other to NOT be anecdotal, he would need to supply the actual numbers of how many people had their toys break and that would require over 3000 different people all having the same problem.
You know, factual numbers showing a high amount of QC problems, not just a dozen people which is insignficant statistically.
Everything he linked to only proves himself wrong. From DCC themselves saying that SOME people (read: very few) experienced problems and that the plastics they had been using for years and years had no issues. Indeed, they even stated that they tested figures from that wave and said they all passed.
Whereas my anecdotal evidence is just based on the FACT that we know that B:TAS brought in more newfags into the collectors market, because of its popularity. It's also a FACT that DCC has been using lexan plastic for the joints for years and years, including the even smaller 1:18 figures which rarely ever got complaints.
All signs point toward newfags hamhanding their toys.
So again, my anecdotal evidence >>> his anecdotal evidence which his own links prove him wrong.
