If you don't mind your alien a little bloody, I'd check out the new big chap figure.
Otherwise, I'd buy a warrior, the "ultimates" come with the complete life cycle which I imagine could be fun for someone who doesn't already have 1billion face huggers, chest bursters and eggs.
