Their Yoko also has questionable decisions, like making the stockings, which could just be sculpted and painted, soft goods, and then keeping the scarf, which should be all means be a wired soft goods piece, plastic.
I think they just have some soft goods quota and they just randomly pick and choose what to make cloth and what to keep plastic without thinking about it too much.
And also they changed Yoko's thighs from being smooth and rounded to sharp and angular for some reason???
