>>11051944The nature of your plastic armed forces factors heavily in how you set up individual units - if you're just going by color and not considering individual sets of poses or size variation it will probably be fairly easy to standardize a system. I went with real-world unit designations but (above company level) not their typical strength - an IRL battalion can be upwards of 800 men. Plastic armies sound more grandiose if you can boast brigades and divisions, heh.
Whichever starting point you have with your plastic armed forces you'll want to decide on a rank system for the units - a company or battalion is just a designated mass of troops if they don't have leadership. This Grey battalion, identical to the Green brigade here
