Is the clip attached to a sheath-like thing or on a rail? Looks like you dont push on the clip itself to raise it but push from underneath, the section above the clip is thinner making me think it moves along the rail. Maybe theres a button that keeps the clip in place that you have to press in order to adjust the clip?
