IT'S A NEW TORSO that is compatible with Apocalypse parts. Is it really that hard to understand? Hasbro has done this before where they've planned out BAF to reuse certain parts but still have new parts to make the figure seem new. See below.

Ulik has all new tooled head torso, feet, and hands. It's similar to how Caliban has the same arm and leg parts of Apocalypse but has some new parts. For the record, Ulik does have Abominations crotch piece also.
