Spinmaster is bigger than McFarlane by like 10x.
Jakks is also larger.
And there's no reason Mattel can't take back the licesnse. They recently got the Disney Princess license back after Hasbro failed to grow the brand.
And WB doesn't really give a shit if the toys look quality or not. They put up with MAttel's trash for almost 20 years and only stripped the license away because nothing they produced left the toy shelves.
