It's an odd shape as I'm dodging lalley columns, water shutoffs, other benches and access to the electrical panel. Basement walls are bottom and right side. Leaning more towards passenger trains, continuous running and scenery rather than operation. 24" minimum radius throughout, a single industry and a small fiddle yard. Want to model it loosely off my nearby railway, so I went with a double track mainline. On the fence between NHRR McGinnis era or modern Amtrak.
