Lets not ignore that the most popular western characters all wear gaudy capeshit costumes, that every zoomer simps after video game girls or e celebs goth or alt girl cancer with dyed hair and piercings, that theres this forced representation bullshit of disabled people and ethnic minorites which is disingenuous as fuck because they then proceed to make them the ugliest humans imaginable or that it is sexist in general for the west to make fictional women look young and pretty.
Anime can look like hyper autistic slop sure but you can never say it is ugly or uncute like western trash is. I would like more figures of pretty, well proportioned brunettes, redheads and blondes like I see in real life but western media has the worst artistic vision and taste in women imaginable. Picrel isnt even a western figure, literally have to rely on Chinamen to make pretty non anime women. The Black Series Mara Jade is probably the only western figure Ive seen lately that Id actually say is attractive and not tied to a gaudy capeshit costume.
