Every week, I saw Triggerhappy, alone on a peg. When new stock came in, he was pushed to the very back and remained there until all the new toys were bought.
Then Power of the Primes came out, and he became the only TR toy still on the shelves. One of the last times I went into TRU was the day I bought Battletrap and Tailgate. Triggerhappy was still there. Alone.
I didn't think about him for months, until eventually that Toys R Us began their closing down sale.
I bought Triggerhappy the day before TRU shut down forever and he's had an honoured spot in my collection ever since.
