>>8281751Brah, go look at eBay right now and see the completed listings for a Quartet.
The only way you'll pay significantly less is if you live in bumfuck nowhere. If they're shipped, you'er going to pay $500+ just for unmodified ones PLUS the cost of frieght which is over $100.
Like i said, I've been monitoring my local craigslist, audiogon, and other sites for years to find anyone selling their Heritage speakers at any price. I know how much they go for and even mentioned I'm not traveling 2 hours (and two hours back) just to get a cheap deal.
>>8281953What do tiny KGs have anything to do with anything? They're basicabookshelf speakers and KGs go up to 5.1/5.2.
As for those Quartets, that's a hell of a deal, but that's probably why it costs as little as it does. Living in the middle of nowhere like Canadia is hell.
>no brandingLOL, are you blind? There's a giant D on the bottom, but i guess you are unfamiliar with speakers. They're Definitive Technology bipolar speakers. They actually replaced my original pair of the Def TEch bookshelves (second pair are pictured in my office), which i gave to my brother.
Here's the baby version of those i can actually hang on off the wall in my bedroom.
>That’s a lot of words to say “I couldn’t afford new speakers”.That's a lot of make believe and ignoring the fact i've pictured modern speakers which were bought new. As this thread proves, you guys need to create fanfiction to feel better about yourselves (because i don't like teh same toys as you. hilariously pathetic) and been holding a grudge for how many years? because i don't think collector toys should have sculpts that looks like it was done by Jakks Pacific as a quick cash in.
Keep crying and shitstorming the next thread when i don't like the same shit as you, because its no skin off my back. I think it's funny that you guys are this obsessed with me. Even funnier that you guys are so triggered that i don't jump through your ever changing hoops
