Here:

>get a letter saying I have to go pick up my package at a customs place (Zollamt) 30km away to pay the fee
>have to pay extra again for every day my mail is waiting there
What can I do so I can just pay the mailman, instead of having to go pick it up? I know there's an extra fee for buying from outside the EU, but why are they making it so hard for me here?
