This guy is a super kooky character. Decepticon fire trucks are a rarity and Smolder has just the stock standard Decepticon personality to match.
He like rolling up to structure fires and then doing whatever he can to interfere with the rescue effort.
The matte red does a bit to help him stand out in the bad guy crowd. Those cool flaming decepti-badges help too.
Not a lot of clear plastic on his guy, just the light bar. The rest of that material was eaten by his partner.
I'll tel you what, this little guy is dense. Easily the same mass as a deluxe class toy, much to my surprise.
