I bitch about what the MP line has become, but the fact is that Artfire came out within the last year and he is pretty amazing. If you already have Inferno, I'd say you're getting at least 90% of the effect. I skipped Inferno for him. The fact that they also included the Targetmaster was fucking stellar.
Shame about not being able to get him any other way. Honestly one of the 3P companies out there should just make KOs of his and the upcoming Hot Rods. They'd sell like hotcakes. He's super fantastic and amazingly posable, ball joints everywhere, and he's got 3mm holes in his hands, so you can give him a gun, too!
