Molding shifts are practically impossible to tell with new figures and you need expert tools to measure the differences, because the human eye has a hard time with such miniscule differences
Either way, the likeness on the production figure is spot on. Only the eyes look off, because of cheapo paint.
Just shows that Han isn't a hard face to do, since Hasbro has gotten it right more than thrice. Even Gentle Giant has produced a good one in their Bust Ups series.
