Even though the hair isn't in focus, I still think it makes a hell of a difference from a far as well as close up. I'll gladly take a better photo that really shows it off, but it'll have to wait a while.
This was babbys first paint job, so I don't know if I can recommend this (I mean, it worked for me, but still) - I mixed random earthy and yellow acrylic paints together and then I drybrushed it onto his head.
Did the same with my anime-colours Caesar before I was lucky enough to find a green one. It's far from the real deal, but good enough for me at least.
