I've bought seven Star Wars Black Series figures and each of them has been phenomenal. Aayla Secura is surprisingly my favorite toy I've picked up this year. Her elbows are almost invisible, they did a really good job hiding the joints on a figure that would be ruined with four obvious pegs. Black Series is also infinitely more fun to collect since most of the characters I'm interested in are less than $20, whereas if I decide to maybe push to finish a Knightfall set and see what McFarlane Azrael is going for on ebay it's permanent turn-off.
My one expensive import is the best in terms of quality but it's so nice I don't really want to interact with it too much.
