The cons I can nitpick.
Less than 90 degree arm bend.
Chicken legs on the forearms.
diecast on the thighs really weigh down the hip ratchet joints. Be careful about posing him in wide stances. From what I can tell, the entire thigh is diecast.
I'd prefer an ab-crunch, but the sheer size of the breast animal(?) probably omitted that entirely.
Wings are fantastic but you're gonna need a huge shelf for them. They're articulated enough for my liking.
I say it's worth the price tag and then some.
MMC will be better articulated i'm sure. Just matters which you like aesthetically more. I'll be picking up every iteration of Deathsaurus regardless.
