Also sometimes pieces you'd assume are common actually are not and balloon the cost of buying all the parts as I recently discovered with picrel. Also certain connections that work irl aren't recognised in BL studio so bare that in mind.
Basically don't be surprised if something you build in studio ends up either impossible to build in real life, or ridiculously expensive. If I where you I'd recommend buying some bulk boxes on FB marketplace if you're getting into MOCs for the first time and just seeing what you can make with those limited parts. Try to learn about Bricklink's colour names as well. I remember getting confused as to why Brown was more expensive than Reddish Brown when I first got into lego mocs.
