It's clear through pictures that the arms suck, but what is not so obvious is that the rest of the robot mode is actually pretty good and could easily be retooled into a fembot.
The arms could be fixed easily too. Just get rid of the spring gimmick, which would allow the beast head, butt and robot arms to rotate down. Then, using the already existing L-shaped joint, the beast head and butt can become oversized shoulder pads.
The best thing about it is that the old ball/hug gimmicks would still work, but they just wouldn't be spring loaded.
The only issue left would be posability due to top heaviness, but it would have been reduced by the changes.
Anyway, one thing we are all forgetting is that one of Retrax's bug legs becomes a super kawaii tail in robot mode.
