There is no moderation. The only moderation is that if you insult the mod team, you get banned. The problems are literally just:

The 4 or so trolls that are on this forum are either sucking mod cock or are janitors themselves and the board has become unusable for months as a result. Watch me get banned for this too because whatever mod """""""""frequents""""""""" this board seems determined to make it worse than any fucking board on the site. There's easier discussion on fucking /gif/ than there is here in half the threads and it's entirely because of people refusing to moderate. Banning 3 fucking retards would solve 90% of this board's problems
