>>10276243The Retro Collection Duke is indeed the poopiest Duke I've ever owned. He has a taking a poop face, and his forearms pop off if I look at them wrong which makes posing and playing with him extremely fiddly. As far as I can tell he's just the 25A Duke with a new (worse) head sculpt and a worse color scheme. His shirt is yellow instead of tan and overall he just looks really garish. If I bought him separate and didn't get him in a lot, I would have been very disappointed. I ordered a different head, a bandolier and some different guns for him from Marauder but honestly it's all just going to be putting lipstick on a pig. I'm in the market for a better modern Duke figure if anyone wants to suggest one.
The Retro Snake Eyes figure is also a frankenstein but I already knew that. He was missing his main rifle but all his other accessories were included, even the sneeze-and-they're-gone detachable silencers. In any case, this is clearly Commando Snake Eyes' body with Ninja Snake Eyes' head, so I bought a Commando style head for him and it's a much better fit. I am not going to display him with the ninja parts because it all just looks wrong to me. And he came with a purse for some reason. They threw everything but the kitchen sink at him as far as accessories go.
