The Dagger Assault in particular just looked like a pile of triangular plastic offcuts. I get now that it was probably supposed to resemble an enormous siege machine, but that stupid little coffin flyer with it's tiny wings looked so cheap.
Part of selling an action figure line back then was releasing huge vehicles or playsets that you could only dream about owning, to keep you wanting. I doubt I ever even remotely wanted the Dagger Assault.
