HG are less expensive with more choices, but there's only that many times I want to see the same polycap pattern.
While for MG there is always that variations in the frame design (for better or worse).
RG is a mixed bag, some are solid but the sticker and their border just looks terrible at times.
I do enjoy building so doing a different scale here and there is always nice.
