>>9820389I have to assume that's been customized, there's no way a Chap Mei tank looks that good out of the box. I have tons of Chap Mei/True Soldier/True Hero stuff and none of em look that good, exactly what tank is that and where can I find it?
>>9822298Of these I have the UH-53, the Hercules and two different versions of the Patrol Boat and I agree they're all lots of fun and great pieces to have in a collection. They all take up a ton of space though. The chopper and the plane are probably the best representations of their real world inspirations at this scale and are just tons of fun to load up and play with. They each make very commanding centerpieces in a display, but both could really use windows and a better paint job to really bring them up a level.
As for the boat, I agree the Moray is cooler overall, but the Chap Mei one is nice in how versatile it is. I bought two different versions as each one came with completely different accessory parts which give each boat a completely different feel. I actually swapped all the pieces on my two boats because I like the black one having all the guns and sharp angled rails as it makes the whole thing feel more high tech and aggressive, making it a better fit for Cobra. The green one gets all the lights and more traditional boat stuff and is more suited to the Joes.
Sadly without any TRUs around, I haven't been able to really keep up with Chap Mei's stuff, but for a long time they were my favorite source for larger vehicles.
