>>8906872I've done this a lot. So get a good size bag. Strip your gals ready for a bath. Put them in the bag. Boil some water. Pour water into a container. Submerge dolls into water for like 5 minites, may need something in with weight to keep them dunked. Then take them out and slowly take the heads off like removing a mask. Part of the soft plastic will be stuck to the hook so don't be alarmed. And then just pop the new head on to the desired body.
