The fact that Tarn/Kaon/Vos could justify another release shows that there's still some market out there, but it's really not a surprise that people are less excited for the DJD in general outside of Tarn.
I was happy to get Helex because I've always loved the dude's design and the figure ended up chonky and fun (minus the lack of proper ankle tilts for.. some reason) but I don't know how much more I'd appreciate him if I didn't know how fucking mishandled the DJD were.
>comparison to PexusThey both have different appeal. Pexus has innovative engineering and articulation, Rung has a wide range of facial expressions + cute scooter. I'd really rather they drop the transformation and just made him a glorified action master so his proportions don't need any sacrifices, but I'm sure even people would complain that he doesn't transform into his garbage altmode.
