You're opinion is basically based on some reviews you see from still pictures.
To say that Mezco copied Hasbro is a laugh, considering Hasbro copied Toy Biz and not even all that well. I'm pretty sure Mezco released their Batman before Hasbro started doing butterfly joints (again), so that's just silly.
Nevermind that Mezco's butterfly joint is actually some sort of ball joint so it moves around up down and every other direction, instead of some hinge like Hasbro's.
Everything about the engineering is different than HAsbro's that it's incredibly silly that you even want to compare them, but i guess when you only look at internet photos and don't own them, YOU would assume that they're alike.
