>>7073006I wish I had taken pictures when I did mine. Basically when you take the cape off there's this huge U shaped piece of plastic sticking out of his chest that you need to sand down. I used a dremel. Also there are two nubs on the top of his back that also need to be cut off and sanded. I used Testors model kit paint to paint the shirt black and then I glued the jacket front pieces on using model cement. I had never done anything like this before and mine came out like so.
