Much of the paint dissolved in a few hours but I still have some stubborn spots. I wish I could find a cleaner stronger than 91% alcohol, but not so strong it eats the plastic, that would help get the remaining paint off.
I'm also considering picking up a spare Prime, tearing it apart to get the 4 black wheels and swapping them over, and painting the fake wheel black to match.
