With Magneto the kneepad is an artistic license, and absolutely not necessary considering the Cap, Wolverine, Venom style hinged knees are much better suited for thicc characters, and would fit Neto perfectly considering he has almost Chun Li like thunder thighs. To add to this, just like boot swivel no human being have the range of motion given by the revo twist knees. Swivels are perfectly adequate and looks better, unless you need extreme poses like Spiderman
The Revo knees ties directly into swivel hips. If it were not for the dumb swivel hips, the revo joint on the knees would not be necessary.
