I've got a few pics that might add some anecdotal evidence to this thread.
First, every K-Mart in my area is choking on those Black Series exclusive Rey figures. Here's a pic I took at the 3rd Street K-Mart in Los Angeles. This end cap isn't the only location in the store with these figures. There's so many they've actually in multiple areas around the store.
