>>7941222>just be glad it's not the fat potato body version of her they tried to forcefunny thing is Erica Henderson didn't actually intend for Squirrel Girl to be fat when she drew her, she's supposed to have a Samantha Wright sort of Powerlifter physique, the problem is that Erica failed to realize that muscle is hard to make look right without a lot of definition detailing and/or shading added, so it just made her look chubby(she was a little better about it in some of her later issues though), and unfortunately basically every other artist just draws her with a conventional skinny superheroine physique, and the merch follows too
no excusing her faces though(she's a decent costume designer though)
