It feels so forceful when it does like this is some big, powerful weapon that can't be restrained. I'd angle the top flap like it was a giant crossbow. Reminds me of Vash's arm in Trigun. It gives it more character than just being a regular arm mounted blaster. It just looks bad because Mainframe chose another option in the show.
