Fuck USPS anon here. Tried filing a claim online with USPS only to find out I can't. Went to local post office in person only for them to tell me I have to do it online, explained that it would not let me so was given a "special" customer service number that worked exactly the same as their normal one. Was on hold for an hour to finally get someone who tried to help me out only for them to realize in the end that they couldn't help me and I'd have to contact the original shipper. Contacted the shipper only for them to tell me I need to file a claim with the post office first before they can do anything. Decided to buy some glue and just fix the broken accessory myself. I don't care anymore.
