it's so frustrating that the entry cost is locked behind a literal work of art. by that I mean a high price display piece (not implying exceptional quality.)
can I get a couple of Star Trek character torsos? so I can make my own sets? My own characters? only if you pay $400 suckah!
Since the $400 Enterprise WILL sell at warp speed, it will cement the idea that every-Trek-set-ever will be that expensive. it's what they were hoping they'd get with the Zelda Tree (but the Zelda fans are not rich science job nerds with expendable income like the Trek fans are)
