If they make all the most popular characters and colorschemes at the start, the line would dwindle out and be all minor characters and probably all exclusives.
This is seems easier to swallow for series that have new characters every year, as opposed to Kinnikuman's ensemble cast.
But hey, these guys are coming...eventually.
