>>10428094It's the same as other toy pins. Use another pin + a mallet/hammer to drive the pin out from the knurled end. If you don't have the tools on hand you can look for cheap pin-punch sets meant for Watch links. Some pins may require a few seconds in boiling water.
The shoulders also use tiny +head screws so you'd want to buy precision screwdrivers if you don't have them.
