The tentacles are from the little squid Luka that came with her Nendo. The 'arms' pop straight off and have little pegs the correct size for Poly heads.
The outfit is just part of a long strip of ribbon from my local fabric store, cut down and sewn together in the back. It's elasticated too which is great for getting on and off.
You can make really cute and quick outfits for Polynians by just using nice ribbon trims from haberdasheries.
