todd's spawn had wrinkles on the suit, those specific accessories, very squinty eyes and large white spots on the mask.
capullo's was very buff, had a larger cape. more angular mask spots.
phillip's had visible teeth and very undead looking skin. batwing motif everywhere including the mask.
portacio's had a ton of spikes and sketch lines.
one of the current artists straight up draws a skull head on him.
none of these are reflected in the al simmons one. it's an extremely generic skinny dude that looks like a background spawn from the movie without texturing. he has forehead wrinkles. that's it. it's not going for any specific look. it's not trying to mimic anyone's style.
