>>10043072Imma have to disagree again with you, hoss. I remember exactly how disappointed I was upon seeing the initial Dunbine RDs. Pretty good sculpts, yeah, but look at it, there's barely any paint on it at all. It's mostly just swaths of unpainted, uncoated plastic. They just have it easier because of their designs, which typically use more colors/different materials (like the translucent cockpits and/or wings) to give them some visual interest and break up big patches of one color. They still have all the problems I talked about, virtually no paint, no panel lining, no topcoat, very apparent seams and nubmarks.
I like the Dunbine line generally, and own a lot of them, but god do they look kinda cheap on the shelf next to higher-end toys like SOC, Sentinel, ThreeA, 1000Toys, etc. all of which generally use paint liberally. These shits look like snap builds from the early 2000s or so.
